Built piece by piece from remnants of the making process, the Forged Relic Necklace gives new life to sterling silver scraps collected from my workbench. Each organic link begins as reclaimed sterling silver that is melted down, formed and shaped by hand, creating an irregular surface and texture unique to this one-of-a-kind piece. At the center, a striking Campitos turquoise stone is bezel set in fine silver, its vibrant blue-green color contrasting with the raw, sculptural texture of the silver surrounding it.
This is a substantial silver piece, made with nearly half an ounce of sterling silver. Every organic link was individually formed and connected by hand, giving the necklace an intentionally imperfect, almost unearthed quality while still feeling easy and wearable. It has been finished with sturdy sterling silver curb chain and a large clasp.
Sizing: Necklace can be worn from approximately 14.5-17.5 inches for an adjustable fit. If you would like an extender, please message me at checkout. I'm happy to change this to a custom length for you.
