Shipping policy
Domestic Orders: Will ship USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise noted. Customers will be notified with a tracking number once the item ships.
International Shipping: Will ship via USPS to the country of your choosing. Customer is responsible for paying additional charges for any customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office for further information.
Mad Made Metals is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. To insure you receive the value of your item(s) in the event of loss, theft or damage; you must purchase shipping insurance at checkout. If an item is lost, stolen or damaged and insurance was not purchased, I can’t offer a replacement or a refund. If insurance is purchased, you’ll will be reimbursed. If you need help filing an insurance claim through USPS or shipsurance I can help.
Production and Processing Times
All ready to ship items with be processed for shipment with 5 days of purchase. Please allow up to 10 days production time before shipping for all Made-to-Order items. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment for all domestic purchases. Custom orders will have a longer production timeline and will vary from project to project. This will be communicated directly with the customer.
If you are needing something sooner than the listed processing time please contact me, often I do ship things out sooner, and will do my best to get your order processed and sent on its way.
