The cuff is balanced out with a crescent shaped Brazilian Citrine, also set in fine silver. This cuff was designed with a dip in it so that the larger citrine stone will rest atop the back of the hand, or further up the wrist depending on which direction you wear it. Giving it the "drop" look as its name suggests. This cuff is made on a sturdy half round sterling silver shank and is 6 inches around with a 1 inch adjustable opening.
